BRGHS Presents Danny Heitman

The BRGHS presents Danny Heitman, columnist for the The Advocate, and author of a new book titled, “Summer of Birds” at its monthly meeting on September 20th at 10 a.m. His book includes meticulous new research on John James Audubon’s stay in Louisiana during the summer of 1821, when he painted so many of his famous bird paintings.
