“Louisiana Gumbo: A Recipe for Genealogical Researchers”
Judy Smith, Librarian of the Genealogy Section, Louisiana State Library, will deliver a visual presentation on two collections relating to Louisiana’s rich cultural history. One collection includes 13,000 digitized photographs, and the other consists of nearly 2,000 text images. This information – a gold mine for genealogical researchers -- has previously been inaccessible.
